Toilet Repair

Toilet repair for the runner, the rocker, and the ghost flusher

A toilet that runs all night, rocks on its base, or refuses a clean flush is wasting water and patience. We repair every part of the fixture, and we tell you honestly when a repair beats a new toilet and when it does not.

What actually goes wrong in the tank

A running toilet is a flapper or fill valve nine times out of ten, and hard desert water shortens the life of both. That quiet hiss you hear at midnight is a phantom flush cycle, and it can waste hundreds of gallons a day, which is why the water bill notices before you do. We rebuild tanks with quality parts rated for hard water, not the bargain-bin kit that fails again by summer.

A toilet that rocks has a failed wax ring or a broken flange under it, and every rock pumps a little water into the floor. That one is urgent: the repair is cheap, the subfloor it ruins is not.

How the job goes

1

Bring us the list

One fixture or five, a single visit covers it. Tell us the models involved and the right parts ride out on the truck.

2

Diagnose honestly

Rebuild or replace gets decided by the fixture’s bones, not by the biggest invoice. Plenty of visits end cheaper than the caller feared.

3

Install on sound connections

New supplies, working shutoffs, sealed drains. The connections behind the fixture matter more than the shine on it.

4

Run it while we watch

Full cycles, full flushes, dry floors confirmed. Old fixtures and packaging leave with us.

Repair or replace, with real numbers

A sound toilet with a worn-out guts problem deserves a rebuild. A cracked tank, a bowl that clogs weekly by design, or a 3.5-gallon relic from the eighties deserves retirement, and modern units flush better on a third of the water. We put the repair price next to the replacement price and give you the recommendation we would take ourselves.

Landlords: we service rentals across the region and leave the paperwork clean, which is half of why they keep our number.

From the High Desert down to the Inland Empire

Hard water from Victorville to Riverside scales fill valves and warps flappers years ahead of schedule, and it is why the same toilet keeps failing on the same part. Quality parts plus a softener conversation ends the cycle.

Open 24 hours, Monday to Saturday

Water does not wait for business hours and neither do we. A burst line at 2 a.m. gets a real plumber on the phone, not a callback queue. We walk you to the shutoff while a truck heads your way, then fix it properly instead of patching over the symptom.

We don’t come back to fix the same thing twice. It’s correct the first time.

“Ruben is very honest and told us we only need to replace the RPV but not the ball valve as other plumber suggested. He did a great job.”

Before you even call

Why does my toilet run at random hours?

The flapper is leaking water into the bowl slowly, and when the tank level drops far enough the fill valve tops it up, that is the ghost flush. It wastes serious water and the fix is quick with parts that resist our hard water.

My toilet rocks a little. Is that a real problem?

Yes, and sooner than you think. Rocking breaks the wax seal, and every flush then seeps at the base into the subfloor. Re-setting a toilet with a new ring is fast and cheap. Replacing rotted subfloor around a toilet is neither.

Can you fix a weak, lazy flush?

Usually. Scale builds in the rim jets and the trapway in hard water, and the tank hardware loses its punch. We clean and rebuild first, and if the bowl design is simply from the wrong decade, we say so and show replacement numbers.

How fast can you come for a toilet that will not stop overflowing?

Shut the supply valve behind the toilet, then call. We answer 24 hours Monday through Saturday and an overflowing toilet with one bathroom in the house is an emergency, we treat it like one.

Is it worth repairing an older toilet?

If the porcelain is sound and it is a decent design, yes, a rebuild gives it years. If it is a water-guzzling early low-flow with a weak flush by birth, repair money is better spent replacing it. We give you both numbers, firm.

Talk to a plumber, not a call center

Ruben or Carlos answers, walks through what the water is doing, and gives you a firm price before any work starts. Open 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
