New runs for ranges, dryers, fire pits, generators, and garage heaters, sized and tested like lives depend on it, because they do. Gas work is where our correct-the-first-time rule was never optional.
Sized, run, and proven
Every gas project starts with load math: the total demand of everything on the meter, present and planned, and the pipe sizing that keeps pressure honest at the farthest appliance. Then the run goes in, black iron or CSST each where it belongs, protected through framing, sleeved where code requires, with sediment traps and accessible shutoffs at every appliance.
Before the meter goes back on, the system holds a pressure test, gauge-verified, and every joint answers to leak solution. Not a sniff test, a proof. That is the only standard gas work has.

The projects we run gas for
Kitchen conversions to gas ranges. Dryer hookups. Backyard fire pits and built-in grills that turn a desert evening into the good kind. Standby generators, tankless water heaters through our tankless work, garage and shop heaters for winter projects, pool heaters. Each one gets its own load calculation and a firm price before pipe is cut.
If your meter cannot carry the new load, we tell you first and handle the utility coordination, no surprises at inspection time.

Outdoor living is a High Desert religion, and fire pit and barbecue island runs are steady work for us from Apple Valley to Rancho Cucamonga. Winter garage heaters are the other regular: shop season up here argues for them from November through March.

Do I need a permit for a new gas line?
Yes, and we pull it and meet the inspector. Gas work must be inspected, that inspection protects you, and our runs pass because sizing, materials, and testing are done to the code book the first time.
Can you run gas to a backyard fire pit?
One of our favorite jobs. Trenched and sleeved to code, a shutoff where you can reach it, sized so the flame is worth having. Tell us the burner rating when you call and the firm quote follows quickly.
How do you test a new gas line?
The whole system holds pressure on a gauge for the required duration before the meter is reconnected, and every joint gets leak-checked besides. The gauge does not negotiate, which is exactly how gas testing should work.
Black iron or flexible CSST, which do you use?
Both, each where it belongs. Iron for exposed and high-load runs, properly bonded CSST where routing demands flexibility. What we never do is use the wrong one to save an afternoon.
Can my existing meter handle another appliance?
That is load math, and we run it before quoting: every appliance’s demand against meter capacity and pipe sizing. If the meter needs an upgrade we say so up front and coordinate with the gas company.
