Commercial drain cleaning that keeps you open for business
A backed-up floor drain can close a kitchen faster than any health inspector. We keep restaurant, retail, and property drains flowing across the High Desert and Inland Empire, on a schedule or at 2 a.m. when the dining room is flooding.

Restaurants, retail, and multi-unit properties
Commercial lines take abuse a house never sees. Fryer grease, mop sink sludge, paper from a hundred customers a day. We cable and jet floor drains, grease lines, urinal and restroom banks, and shared laterals in strip centers, and we do it around your business hours so the work does not cost you a lunch rush.
Property managers use us for the same reason landlords do on the residential side: the fix holds, the invoice says what happened in plain English, and nobody has to call twice about the same line.

How the job goes
Tell us what the water is doing
Backing up, gurgling, or smelling: the symptom picks the tooling. If sewage is rising, we walk you through damage control while a truck heads out.
Camera and diagnose
We clear the immediate blockage, then look at why it happened. Repeat problems get the camera so the cause is on screen, not in theory.
Firm price, then the fix
You see what we found and the number to fix it before work starts. Cabling, jetting, or repair, the price does not move once you say go.
Prove it and clean up
Water runs at volume, the camera confirms where it matters, and the workspace goes back the way we found it. If the same fix fails, the return trip is on us.
Scheduled maintenance beats emergency pricing
Any kitchen that fries food should have its drain lines jetted on a schedule, because grease does not negotiate. We set up quarterly or semiannual cleanings matched to how hard your lines actually work, with camera checks that catch a failing pipe before it fails on a Saturday night.
Pair it with backflow work and inspections and one phone number covers the water in your building.
Out here, the desert writes the rules
From Victorville restaurant rows to warehouse break rooms down in Fontana and Ontario, we run commercial drain work across two counties. High Desert grease traps work extra hard in winter when cold lines set grease faster, and we schedule accordingly.
Work that pairs with this
Certified, on paper and in practice
Handle certified. A.O. Smith certified on water heaters. An Impact Water Solutions partner on filtration. The certifications are not wall decoration, they are why the work passes inspection the first time and why the warranty behind it actually holds. Sixty plus years of combined experience rides on every truck.
We don’t come back to fix the same thing twice. It’s correct the first time.
“Ruben is very honest and told us we only need to replace the RPV but not the ball valve as other plumber suggested. He did a great job.”Cao M.
Asked at the front door
Can you clean drains without closing my kitchen?
Yes. Most commercial work happens before you open or after you close, and we plan it with your manager so prep and service never stop. Emergency backups during business hours get a truck moving immediately.
How often should a restaurant jet its drain lines?
A busy fry kitchen usually needs jetting every three to six months. A coffee shop might go a year. We look at your volume and what comes out of the line the first time, then recommend a schedule with real reasoning behind it.
Do you service grease traps too?
We install grease traps and keep the lines to and from them clear. Pumping the trap itself is a licensed hauler’s job, and we can coordinate with yours so the whole system gets handled in one visit.
What about shared lines in a strip center?
We handle laterals that serve multiple suites and can camera the line to document which tenant’s section caused a backup, which matters when the bill gets divided. Property managers appreciate the footage.
Is there a contract requirement?
No. Scheduled cleanings are priced per visit with a firm number. Most clients stay on the schedule because emergencies cost more, but nothing locks you in.
Open 24 hours, Monday through Saturday
Emergencies get answered by a plumber, not a queue. Scheduled work gets a window we actually hit. Either way, the fix holds.
