Burst pipe repair, 24 hours Monday to Saturday
A burst pipe is the loudest emergency in plumbing. Shut the main, then call us. We answer around the clock Monday through Saturday, get the water stopped, and repair the line properly the same visit.

First minutes, then the fix
When you call with water running, we do two things at once: walk you to your main shutoff over the phone while a truck starts moving. Every minute of flow is gallons into your floors, so the phone walkthrough matters as much as the drive. If you cannot find the shutoff, we help you hunt while we roll.
On site, we open the failed section, cut back to sound pipe, and rebuild the run with proper fittings, pressure-tested before we leave. Not a clamp and a promise. The repair you get at 3 a.m. is the same one you would get at 3 p.m.

How the job goes
Stop the bleeding
If water is moving, we walk you to the shutoff over the phone while the truck rolls. Minutes matter and we treat them that way.
Locate before opening
Acoustic gear, pressure isolation, and meter logic find the failure before anything gets cut. One opening, at the right spot.
Fix the cause, not the symptom
The failed section gets rebuilt to sound pipe, and the reason it failed, pressure, freeze, age, gets named and addressed.
Test under pressure
Every repair holds pressure while you watch before walls close. Correct the first time, proven, not promised.
After the water stops
We document the failure with photos for your insurance claim, help you assess what got wet, and check the rest of the run for the same failure brewing elsewhere, because pipes rarely burst without a reason. Freeze damage, water hammer, corroded copper, or a regulator that let street pressure through: the cause tells us whether this was a one-off or a warning.
If the burst is the latest chapter in a failing system, we price the repipe honestly and let you decide with real numbers.
From the High Desert down to the Inland Empire
Winter bursts spike after every High Desert cold snap, and summer bursts follow pressure surges and thirty-year-old copper reaching its limit. Wherever you are between Barstow and Norco, know where your main shutoff is before you need it. That one fact halves the damage.
Work that pairs with this
Open 24 hours, Monday to Saturday
Water does not wait for business hours and neither do we. A burst line at 2 a.m. gets a real plumber on the phone, not a callback queue. We walk you to the shutoff while a truck heads your way, then fix it properly instead of patching over the symptom.
We don’t come back to fix the same thing twice. It’s correct the first time.
“Ruben came out promptly, took the time to walk me through the current issues I was facing, and explained the different options available. He did an excellent job, hauled away the old unit and left the area spotless.”Kent, tankless water heater replacement
Before you even call
Where is my main water shutoff?
Usually at the front hose bib riser, in a ground box near the street meter, or where the line enters the house. Find it today, before you need it, and show everyone in the house. When you call in an emergency we help you locate it while the truck rolls.
How fast can you get here at night?
We are open 24 hours Monday through Saturday and treat burst pipes as the emergency they are. In the Victorville core, response is fast; the mountain and Pass communities get honest arrival windows, not wishful ones, plus phone help in the meantime.
Can a burst pipe be repaired the same visit?
Almost always. The truck carries pipe, fittings, and tools for copper, PEX, and galvanized transitions. Rare oddball materials might need a return with parts, and if so the line is capped safe before we leave.
Will insurance cover the damage?
Sudden burst damage is commonly covered where slow seepage is not, but every policy differs. We photograph the failure and the repair, and our documentation has smoothed plenty of claims.
Why did my pipe burst with no freeze?
Age, corrosion thinning the wall, water hammer from slamming valves, or street pressure running high through a dead regulator. We identify the cause during the repair, because fixing the pipe without the cause is booking the sequel.
The look is free, the price is firm
We diagnose first and hand you the number before the wrench comes out. It does not move once you say go, and the work is correct the first time.
