Custom homes, ADUs, shops, and additions across the High Desert: we plumb new buildings from the ground rough to the final fixture, on schedule, to code, with the inspector satisfied the first time.
Every phase, one accountable trade
Ground rough: sewer and water services sized and bedded correctly, slab penetrations placed to the plan. Top-out: supply, drain, waste, and vent through the framing, pressure-tested and inspected. Trim: fixtures, appliances, and the gas connections through our gas line work, all commissioned and documented. The photo on this page is our rough-in: clean runs, protected penetrations, the kind of work an inspector signs without a second walk.
Builders keep us on speed dial for the same reason homeowners do: schedule promises that hold and phases that pass the first time.
How the job goes
Plan on paper first
Drain routes, venting, and capacity decide what a design can do. We flag the expensive moves while they still cost nothing.
Rough in precisely
Valves at finish depth, drains on slope, supplies secured. The finish trades build on our accuracy, so it has to be exact.
Test before walls close
Pressure on the supplies, flow on the drains, photos for your file. Nothing gets sealed in unproven.
Trim out and commission
Fixtures set, appliances connected, everything run while you watch. The punch list ends at zero.
Desert construction has its own rules
Building out here means slab-on-grade with the plumbing entombed, so ground rough accuracy is everything. It means long utility runs on rural lots, water services sized for the distance through our main line work, and trenching through caliche that eats cheap excavation plans. It means freeze-aware hose bib and exposed-line choices, and water heaters sized for groundwater that runs cold in January.
We build all of it into the bid, so the number you plan on is the number it costs.

Questions we actually get
Do you work with owner-builders and small GCs?
Happily, plenty of High Desert projects are owner-built, and we bring the code fluency those projects need: plan review, phased bids, and inspections passed on schedule. You get one accountable trade for the entire water and gas side.
What does the plumbing phase schedule look like?
Ground rough before slab, top-out during framing, trim after finish surfaces, with pressure tests and inspections closing each phase. We commit to dates and hold them, because a plumber who slips takes the whole build with him.
Can you plumb an ADU or shop building?
Yes, both are steady work for us: sewer depth and routing, service sizing, gas where the plans call for it, and full fixture rough and trim. The lot layout drives the cost, so we scope before we bid.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We handle our trade’s permits and meet our inspections, and our phases pass the first time because everything is tested before the inspector sees it. Your project file gets the full documentation.
Do you coordinate with septic installers on rural lots?
Routinely, tank and leach placement, invert depths, and the house-side connection all have to agree before anyone digs. We join that conversation early so the site plan works the first time.
