Shower installation with the plumbing done while the wall is open
A new shower is a plumbing job wearing a tile costume. We set the valves, risers, drains, and enclosures correctly while the wall is open, so what gets sealed in behind the pretty part is as good as the pretty part.

The rough-in decides the next twenty years
The new valve gets set at the right depth for the finished wall, and that one measurement decides whether your trim ever sits right. Risers get secured so the head never wobbles, supply lines get fresh stops, and the drain gets sized, sloped, and tested before anything closes. The photo on this page is our work: a new valve and head rough-in, clean solder, straight lines, ready for tile.
We coordinate with your tile installer so the wall opens once, or we set complete surround systems ourselves where tile is not the plan. Either way, everything behind the wall gets pressure-tested before it disappears.

How the job goes
Plan on paper first
Drain routes, venting, and capacity decide what a design can do. We flag the expensive moves while they still cost nothing.
Rough in precisely
Valves at finish depth, drains on slope, supplies secured. The finish trades build on our accuracy, so it has to be exact.
Test before walls close
Pressure on the supplies, flow on the drains, photos for your file. Nothing gets sealed in unproven.
Trim out and commission
Fixtures set, appliances connected, everything run while you watch. The punch list ends at zero.
Upgrades worth doing while it is open
An open shower wall is the cheap moment for the upgrades that cost triple later: thermostatic valves that hold temperature perfectly, rain heads with a handheld on a diverter, body sprays if that is your idea of morning, and a proper curbless drain where accessibility matters. It is also the moment to replace the elderly supply and drain runs the old shower was hiding, through our pipe work.
Full bathroom refresh in the plan? This folds into our bathroom remodeling and bathtub work as one coordinated job.
From the High Desert down to the Inland Empire
Half the showers we open in older High Desert homes hide corroded galvanized stubs and valves without pressure balance, both worth curing at install rather than sealing behind new tile. The wall is open exactly once; we treat it that way.
Work that pairs with this
Open 24 hours, Monday to Saturday
Water does not wait for business hours and neither do we. A burst line at 2 a.m. gets a real plumber on the phone, not a callback queue. We walk you to the shutoff while a truck heads your way, then fix it properly instead of patching over the symptom.
Carlos started this company to do the work right the first time. That has not changed.
“I called them in the morning and they came and replaced my water heater that very day. Ruben and Carlos Hernandez are the ones that came. They are very honest and they did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone else, especially landlords.”Halna, Google review
Before you even call
Do you do the tile too, or just the plumbing?
We do the plumbing to rough-in perfection and set complete surround systems where tile is not the plan. For tiled showers we coordinate with your tile installer, ours is the work that has to be right before theirs can be, and we schedule so the wall only opens once.
What is a thermostatic valve and is it worth it?
It holds your set temperature regardless of what the rest of the house does, no flush-induced scalding, no cold shock. In a primary shower it is the single nicest upgrade available while the wall is open, and we price it honestly against the standard valve.
Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes, it is one of the most requested jobs: drain relocation, new valve, curb or curbless entry, and a surround or tile-ready pan. We handle the plumbing and structure coordination, and the result usually modernizes the whole bathroom.
How long does a shower installation take?
The plumbing rough-in runs one to two days, then the wall finish, tile or surround, sets the total schedule. Surround systems can be shower-ready within a few days start to finish; tile takes longer and we sequence with your installer.
Will you test everything before the wall closes?
Under pressure, every time, valve, risers, and drain, because finding a weep before tile costs minutes and finding it after costs a wall. Correct the first time is the whole point of doing rough-in carefully.
The look is free, the price is firm
Diagnosis comes before any money changes hands. If the honest repair is small, the price will be small, and once you approve it the figure does not change.
