Mobile and manufactured homes plumb differently: different materials, different access, different failure points. We repair them properly, from belly-wrap leaks to full repipes, across the parks and acreage of the High Desert.
Different construction, different repairs
Manufactured homes run their lines through the belly wrap under the floor, use materials site-built houses rarely see, gray polybutylene above all, and hide their shutoffs in places only experience finds quickly. We work under homes weekly: crawling the belly, opening and properly resealing the wrap, and repairing lines where they actually fail, at fittings stressed by the home’s settling and at the water heater closets built tighter than phone booths.
Polybutylene deserves its own sentence: if your home still runs the gray pipe of the eighties and nineties, every repair is a countdown, and we will give you the honest repipe math instead of billing you one fitting at a time.

Winter, parks, and park owners
Mobile homes freeze first: supply lines hang in outside air under the floor, and every hard High Desert snap bursts belly lines across the valley. Heat tape, proper insulation, and skirting repairs are the ounce of prevention, and we run winterization visits through the parks every fall. Come January, frozen line calls from mobile homes jump the queue because they get uninhabitable fast.
Park owners and managers: we service multiple units on arrangement, document per-space, and keep the same standard at every pad.

Questions we actually get
Do you actually work on mobile and manufactured homes?
Yes, routinely and by preference, plenty of shops decline them and we never have. Belly repairs, repipes, water heaters in tight closets, freeze damage, and park-wide arrangements are all standing work for us.
What is polybutylene and should I worry about it?
The gray plastic supply pipe used heavily in manufactured homes through the nineties, and it fails at fittings without warning. If your home still runs it, a repipe in PEX is the honest recommendation, and we price it plainly so you can plan rather than panic.
Why do mobile home pipes freeze so easily?
The lines run under the floor in outside air, protected only by belly wrap and skirting. Heat tape on the riser, sound insulation, and intact skirting are the defense, and our fall winterization visit installs all three where they are missing.
Can you replace a mobile home water heater?
Yes, including the closet-sized spaces and the sidewall venting manufactured homes use. Sizing, strapping, and code apply just as fully as in a site-built house, and we stock the configurations that fit.
Do you offer service arrangements for park managers?
Yes, multi-unit maintenance, winterization sweeps, turnover repairs, and documented per-space records. One number for the whole park, with the response time that keeps tenants and owners both off your phone.
