Tankless water heater installation for endless hot water
A tankless unit heats water the moment you ask for it and never runs out. Installed right, it frees your garage corner, cuts gas waste, and outlives two tanks. Installed wrong, it disappoints forever. We do the first kind.

Why the install quality decides everything
Tankless is not a tank with the tank removed. The burner is triple the size, which means the gas line usually needs upsizing, the venting is dedicated stainless, and the condensate has to drain somewhere legal. Skip any of that and the unit short-cycles, whistles, and dies young. This is exactly the work people call us to redo after a bargain install.
We size the unit to your peak demand, run the gas and venting to spec, mount it cleanly, and register the warranty. The photo on this page is our work: a wall-hung unit in its own enclosure, gas, water, and venting dressed the way a fifteen-year appliance deserves.

How the job goes
Call with the symptom
No hot water, a leak, a noise, an error code: each narrows the diagnosis before we arrive, and same-day service is the norm, not the upsell.
Diagnose with instruments
Gas pressure, element draw, error histories, tank condition. We test rather than guess, and you see what we find.
Honest repair-or-replace math
Both numbers, side by side, with the recommendation we would give our own family. Nobody sells you a tank you did not need.
Install or repair, then prove it
Strapped, vented, tested, and demonstrated. The old equipment leaves on our truck and the area gets swept before we do.
Is tankless right for your house?
If your family stacks showers, laundry, and a soaking tub in the same evening, endless hot water changes daily life. If you are two people with a modest 40-gallon tank that keeps up fine, the honest answer is that a quality tank replacement costs less and serves you just as well. We will tell you which side of that line you are on.
High Desert hard water makes one demand: a descaling valve kit at install and a flush habit, or a softener ahead of the unit. We set every install up for that from day one.
Out here, the desert writes the rules
Tankless units run great up here from Victorville to Wrightwood elevations, but hard water is the local enemy. Scale chokes heat exchangers. Every unit we hang gets isolation valves for easy descaling, and we will give you the honest talk about a softener while we are at it.
Work that pairs with this
Certified, on paper and in practice
Handle certified. A.O. Smith certified on water heaters. An Impact Water Solutions partner on filtration. The certifications are not wall decoration, they are why the work passes inspection the first time and why the warranty behind it actually holds. Sixty plus years of combined experience rides on every truck.
We don’t come back to fix the same thing twice. It’s correct the first time.
“I called them in the morning and they came and replaced my water heater that very day. Ruben and Carlos Hernandez are the ones that came. They are very honest and they did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone else, especially landlords.”Halna, Google review
Asked at the front door
How long does a tankless installation take?
A straight swap from an existing tankless is a day. A conversion from a tank usually runs one to two days because of gas line upsizing and new venting, and we tell you which yours is before we start, with a firm price.
Will tankless really never run out of hot water?
Sized correctly, yes, it heats continuously at your flow rate. Sized wrong, it staggers when three fixtures pull at once. Sizing to your real peak demand is the whole game, and it is the first conversation we have.
Does my gas line need to be bigger?
Frequently yes. A tankless burner draws far more gas than a tank when firing. We measure your meter capacity and line sizes and include any upsizing in the firm price instead of discovering it mid-job.
What maintenance does tankless need in hard water?
An annual descaling flush, which takes under an hour with the isolation valves we install as standard. Pair the unit with a water softener and the interval stretches out. Skip both and the heat exchanger pays for it.
Tank or tankless, which should I actually buy?
Tankless wins on endless supply, footprint, and lifespan. A tank wins on upfront cost and simplicity. We walk both against how your house actually uses hot water and put a firm number on each, then you decide.
The look is free, the price is firm
We diagnose first and hand you the number before the wrench comes out. It does not move once you say go, and the work is correct the first time.
