My boiler has no heat at all, how fast can you come?
No heat in winter gets priority, and we answer 24 hours Monday through Saturday. Up the mountain in Big Bear or Wrightwood, tell us the overnight temperature situation and we plan the response accordingly.
Why does my boiler keep losing pressure?
Water is leaving the loop somewhere: a weeping fitting, a failing relief valve, or a leak under the floor. Constant topping up rusts the system from inside, so we find the leak instead of feeding it.
What is that rumbling kettle noise?
Kettling. Scale on the heat exchanger is making water flash to steam. Hard desert water builds that scale quickly, and a proper flush usually quiets it and recovers efficiency if the exchanger is not too far gone.
One room stays cold, is my boiler dying?
Probably not. One cold zone usually means a stuck zone valve or trapped air, both routine fixes. A dying boiler fails everywhere at once. We diagnose before anyone talks about replacement.
