Moving the toilet across the room, splitting a tub into a shower and freestanding soaker, adding a second vanity sink: every one is a supply, drain, and vent problem before it is a design flourish. We do the layout math early, tell you which moves are easy and which are expensive, and then execute the rough-in so precisely that the finish work lands exactly where the drawings promised.
Everything gets pressure-tested and flow-tested at rough, inspected where required, and photographed before the walls close, your remodel file gets the evidence.

Drain routes, venting, and capacity decide what a design can do. We flag the expensive moves while they still cost nothing.
Rough in precisely
Valves at finish depth, drains on slope, supplies secured. The finish trades build on our accuracy, so it has to be exact.
Test before walls close
Pressure on the supplies, flow on the drains, photos for your file. Nothing gets sealed in unproven.
Trim out and commission
Fixtures set, appliances connected, everything run while you watch. The punch list ends at zero.
Sequenced with your contractor, or leading the water side
We slot cleanly into a general contractor’s schedule, rough-in on their framing week, trim-out after paint, or we lead the wet side entirely on plumbing-heavy refreshes: toilets, showers, tubs, and vanity fixtures as one coordinated package. Old houses get their galvanized and crumbling angle stops retired during the remodel, the only rational moment to do it.
The remodel is also the cheap moment for comfort upgrades: thermostatic shower valves, a recirculation line so hot water arrives fast, and quiet, quality supply hardware throughout.

Can you move a toilet or shower to a new wall?
Usually yes, it is a drain-slope and venting question, and we answer it early with real numbers because fixture moves drive remodel budgets. Some moves are surprisingly cheap; a few are honestly not worth it, and you will know which before demo day.
Do you work with my general contractor?
Seamlessly, rough-in during framing, trim-out after finish, inspections handled on our trade. GCs across the area schedule us because our rough-in lands where the drawings say and their tile crews never wait on a plumbing correction.
What should I replace while the walls are open?
Anything from a previous era: galvanized stubs, corroded angle stops, a regulator past its life, and any valve without pressure balance. The marginal cost during a remodel is small; the cost of opening finished tile later is not.
How long does the plumbing side of a bathroom remodel take?
Rough-in typically runs two to four days depending on fixture moves, then trim-out is a day at the end. The total remodel schedule belongs to the finish trades; we make sure the plumbing never holds it hostage.
Can you add a recirculation line during the remodel?
Yes, and it is a favorite: hot water at the far bathroom in seconds instead of a minute of wasted water. Open walls make it cheap. Ask early so we rough it with the rest.
