A toilet install looks simple right up until it leaks at the flange, rocks on day three, or ghost-flushes from the start. We set toilets correctly on repaired flanges with quality seals, and we haul the old one away.
The install details that decide everything
The work under the toilet matters more than the toilet. We inspect the closet flange every time, repair or replace it when it is cracked or sitting below the finished floor, and shim and seal the bowl so it sits level and immovable. The supply gets a new quality valve and connector, because reusing a twenty-year-old braided line under fresh porcelain is how ceilings get ruined.
Then it gets flushed, repeatedly, while we watch the base and the connections. You get a toilet that behaves like furniture: silent, solid, invisible in daily life.

Diagnose honestly

Modern pressure-balanced trapways flush completely on 1.28 gallons, which your water bill notices in a desert climate. We recommend models that perform in hard water and skip the ones that show up in our repair logs.

How long does a toilet installation take?
With a healthy flange, about an hour per toilet including haul-away. A damaged flange or floor repair adds time, and we tell you on sight with a firm number before the work continues.
Do you take the old toilet away?
Every time, along with the packaging and mess. The bathroom gets left clean and the old fixture leaves on our truck, not at your curb.
What is a closet flange and why does it matter?
It is the ring that anchors the toilet to the drain and the floor. Cracked, corroded, or set too low, it causes the rocking and seeping that ruin subfloors. We check it on every install and fix it properly when it needs it.
Which toilet brands do you recommend?
The ones that flush completely, resist hard-water scale, and have parts on every shelf in town. We are happy to install a unit you purchased, and glad to bring one we would put in our own house. Honest advice either way.
Can you install a bidet seat or washlet too?
Yes, including the outlet and supply tee they need. Tell us when you book so the right parts are on the truck and it all happens in one visit.
