How do I know if my well has arsenic?
Only a lab test tells you, there is no taste, color, or smell at any concentration that matters. We pull the sample properly, use a certified lab, and read the results with you. If you have never tested, that is the first move, and it is not expensive.
What level of arsenic is unsafe?
The federal drinking-water limit is 10 parts per billion, and desert wells can test well above it. Long-term exposure is the concern, so a high test is a fix-this-season problem, not a panic, and the treatment options are mature.
Which treatment actually removes arsenic?
Adsorption media systems and reverse osmosis both do, properly specified, standard carbon filters and softeners do not. Species and concentration from the lab report drive the design, which is why we test before we quote.
How do I know the system is working?
