Reverse osmosis systems, bottled-water taste from your own tap
Reverse osmosis is the finish line of water treatment: a dedicated tap at the sink pouring water clean enough to make the delivery service pointless. We install and service RO systems that actually get maintained, because we make maintenance easy.

What RO does that filters cannot
Carbon and sediment stages catch particles and chlorine. Reverse osmosis goes further, forcing water through a membrane fine enough to reject dissolved solids themselves: the salts, metals, nitrates, and total dissolved minerals that give desert tap water its heaviness. What comes out the dedicated faucet is in the range of bottled water, and your coffee and ice will testify first.
We install multi-stage systems with quality membranes, a proper storage tank, and a faucet worth touching, plumbed with a real shutoff and a drain connection done to code, no saddle valves anywhere in the story.

How the job goes
Test the actual water
At your taps, with lab panels where stakes are high. The numbers drive everything that follows, never a brochure.
Design the treatment train
Sediment, carbon, softening, RO, or specialty stages, only what your water argues for, with honest annual costs attached.
Install to be serviced
Bypass loops, isolation valves, and labeled stages, so every future filter change takes minutes instead of a service call.
Retest and prove it
Post-install numbers in your hand, and a maintenance schedule that keeps them true. Treatment without proof is faith.
Fed to the fridge, sized for the kitchen
The best RO upgrade is running a line to the refrigerator through our ice maker line work: clear ice, better ice, and no more scale crust inside the door dispenser. Households that cook big or fill bottles daily get sized up on tank and membrane so the tap never runs ahead of the system.
RO works best on softened water, the membrane lasts years longer without hardness chewing it, so we frequently pair it with softener installation and price the pair honestly.
Local knowledge, Victorville out to the Pass
Total dissolved solids run high across High Desert supplies, and it is what you taste when tap water tastes like the desert. An RO tap is the cheapest permanent exit from the bottled-water habit, and in this climate that habit is not small money.
Work that pairs with this
Honest scoping, in writing
Ruben has talked customers out of repairs other plumbers quoted them for. One reviewer wrote that he replaced a single valve after another company insisted the whole assembly had to go. You get a diagnosis you can see with your own eyes, a firm price before the wrench comes out, and a recommendation we would make to our own family.
We don’t come back to fix the same thing twice. It’s correct the first time.
“I called them in the morning and they came and replaced my water heater that very day. Ruben and Carlos Hernandez are the ones that came. They are very honest and they did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone else, especially landlords.”Halna, Google review
Questions we actually get
Where does a reverse osmosis system install?
Under the kitchen sink for most homes, feeding its own dedicated faucet and optionally the fridge. Tight cabinets have options, slim tanks, garage-mounted systems, and we make it fit cleanly or tell you honestly what has to move.
How often do RO filters and membranes change?
Pre and post filters roughly yearly, the membrane every three to five years on softened water, sooner on hard feed. We put the schedule in writing with real costs, and offer the reminder service so it actually happens.
Does RO waste a lot of water?
Older systems did. Modern efficient units run far leaner, and on drinking-water volumes the difference is small money even here. We quote the honest ratio of the unit we recommend, not the marketing number.
Is RO water too pure, does it strip minerals?
You get your minerals from food, not water, and remineralizing cartridges exist for anyone who prefers the taste. What RO removes that matters is the dissolved stuff you never wanted: salts, metals, nitrates. We will show you your own before-and-after numbers.
Can RO fix my ice maker’s cloudy cubes?
Completely, cloudy ice is dissolved solids freezing out of solution. An RO line to the fridge makes clear, clean-tasting ice and ends the mineral crust in the tray. It is the most visible upgrade in the whole water-quality catalog.
